Who We Are

The Site is operated by KOMPASS LLC ("KOMPASS," "we," "us," or "our"), a supply chain management consultancy and licensed freight broker at 254 N Lake Ave, Suite 112, Pasadena, CA 91101.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' data
• Submit false, misleading, or automated (bot) form entries
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
• Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

Informational Content Only

Content on the Site is provided for general information. Statements about typical results, cost reductions, or savings are illustrative and not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on your operations, data, market conditions, and implementation. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Consulting and Freight Services

Contacting us through the Site, submitting a form, or booking a call does not create a client relationship or a binding offer. Consulting engagements and freight brokerage services are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or rate confirmation signed or accepted by both parties.

• Rates, capacity, and transit times mentioned on the Site or in early conversations are estimates and may change until confirmed in writing
• KOMPASS acts as a freight broker and arranges transportation with independent motor carriers; we are not a motor carrier unless a written agreement states otherwise
• Freight services are subject to applicable federal and state law and to the terms of the governing agreement

Forms, Scheduling, and Communications

When you submit our Get Started form or book a call through Calendly, you agree that KOMPASS may contact you by email or phone about your inquiry and our services. Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, and Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing supplychain@consultingkompass.com.

Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by KOMPASS LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not reproduce or distribute its content without our written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site relies on and may link to third-party services, including Calendly, HubSpot, Google, and Netlify. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOMPASS LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. This section does not limit liability under a separate written services agreement or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
